Job Description
As the HR Executive for Vietnam, you will partner with the DEI and local Welfare Committees, Employee Resource Groups, Global Workforce Operation (GWO), HR Centre of Excellence (COE) teams and the HR Business Partners (ASEAN-wide by Business Function), Union Team as well as with external service vendors to provide a seamless employee experience. You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City. Your responsibilities will include managing in-country HR and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation, managing statutory and external compliance, organizing employee activities, supporting training and development, partnering with Talent Acquisition, leading special projects, managing facilities and vendor relations, and handling logistics for visitors and procurement processes.
