As an Accounting Specialist, you will work with clients aiming for growth, providing consulting in financial management, accounting, financial statements, and taxation. Your role emphasizes communication, advising, and reporting to clients. Our hybrid model involves working at least 50% from our office. Your daily work includes handling client assignments, coaching sessions with your team and team leader, and developing your skills. To succeed, you need over 3 years of experience in independent bookkeeping and financial statements in a consulting or in-house role in Finland, proficiency in electronic accounting systems like Netvisor, Netsuite, or Procountor, and a degree such as KTM or tradenomi, with KLT education considered an advantage.
