Job Description
We are seeking a full-time substitute teacher for Lopen Yhtenäiskoulu from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Subjects taught include student counseling and mathematics. As a student counselor, you will guide grades 7-9. We value good interaction and group guidance skills, as well as a positive, inspiring, and child-centered approach. Applicants should be willing to participate in school teams and act as active members of our work community. The selected candidate must present an acceptable health certificate and a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act (504/2002) concerning the background check of persons working with children and young people. The probation period is six (6) months. Original certificates of qualification will be requested for review during the interview.
