IT Solutions Manager, Functions Solutions IT - Neste - Remote - Global

We are looking for an IT Solution Manager in our Functions Solutions IT Team, mainly focusing on the Corporate Safety, Quality, Compliance, Environment areas. The position is permanent and based at Neste Headquarters in Espoo. The team is responsible for various solutions including HR, Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Finance, Business Process Management, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Treasury, Risk Management, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, and Compliance. The role involves managing solution areas, collaborating with stakeholders, leading projects, ensuring value and user satisfaction, managing governance, and acting as a point of contact for corporate safety and quality applications. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in IT management and safety applications. Certification in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and knowledge of safety management systems are advantageous. The role requires strong risk management, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with IT trends. The position is based in Espoo, Finland.
