Personal Assistant - Kohtakorpi, Hanna - Tampere, Finland

I am looking for at least one personal assistant in Kaleva, Tampere. I am a 39-year-old woman with a visual impairment. I need assistance both at home and outside. Tasks include errands such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, reading mail, filling out paper forms, assisting with hobbies and leisure activities. Regular hobbies include blind ping-pong and shooting. I also enjoy going to the movies and cafes in my free time. I like playing board games, doing crafts, and baking. Occasionally, I go swimming. Due to my swimming hobby, I am looking for a female assistant. However, the assistant is not required to enter the pool, just to help with dressing and moving in the bathroom and shower areas. I have cats at home, so the job is not suitable for someone allergic to cats. It is a plus if you have cats yourself or experience with cats, as I need help with veterinary visits and possible medication for my cats. Previous work experience is not necessary. The job does not involve heavy lifting or caregiving tasks. I also expect good Finnish language skills, as I only speak Finnish. Applications should be in Finnish. Currently, I am granted 160 hours per month, but this can be negotiated, especially if you are a student or have another job. I currently have one assistant working fewer hours. Workdays are usually 6-8 hours, but occasionally longer days are needed, especially for blind ping-pong training that requires travel within the country, which makes the days longer. These days are always agreed upon in advance. Work is needed during the day, evenings, and weekends as required. For example, blind ping-pong training is always in the evening, and competition trips are on weekends. Competition trips may also require overnight stays, so I hope you can participate in these trips. A driver’s license or car is not necessary, as transportation is via public transport or taxi. Working hours are generally between 10:00 and 20:00, but there may be exceptions on travel days. I belong to the Heta union. The salary from July onwards is €13.23 per hour plus evening and weekend bonuses. Work begins in July or later by agreement. I am happy to answer any additional questions.
