IT Infrastructure Specialist - Nawia Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist at DELET to oversee the company's IT infrastructure services, ensuring operational continuity, security, and cost-efficiency. The role involves managing external service providers, development needs prioritization, and ensuring the IT environment supports business reliably. Responsibilities include maintaining the functionality of workstations, mobile devices, networks, data centers, and cloud environments, managing M365, identity management, and endpoint environments, guiding external IT service partners, coordinating operational issues, ensuring security, lifecycle management, documentation, and user instructions. The ideal candidate has experience in managing IT infrastructure environments, vendor collaboration, practical experience with enterprise environments (e.g., M365, identity management, device management, networks, servers), understanding of security, prioritization skills, responsibility, and proactive communication.
