Construction Development Consultant / Project Manager (RAP) - FinProma Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking a construction development consultant to strengthen our expert team. In this role, you will work on the preparation, management, and project leadership of construction projects. The specific content of the role will be shaped by both FinProma's development phase and the skills and interests of the selected individual. The role may focus on strategic real estate management, such as real estate strategy analyses, investment preparation, and real estate portfolio development, or on project management and construction management of construction projects, especially in the preparation and execution phases. You will work on projects that often address fundamental questions: -how capital is committed to the built environment -what investments are worthwhile -how physical spaces support organizational operations As a construction development consultant, you will help ensure that these policies and solutions are implemented in practice. Your tasks include, among others: -Strategic planning and analysis -participating in the development of real estate and premises portfolios and investment preparation -producing analyses and reports to support decision-making -guidance during needs assessment and project planning phases -leading early stages of construction projects -preparing needs assessments and project plans -guiding design and ensuring project objectives are met -Preparation of procurement processes -preparing procurement procedures and tenders -particularly participating in the preparation of public procurements -Initiating and managing projects -participating in the initiation and management of construction projects -ensuring projects progress according to plans -Stakeholder collaboration -working closely with clients, designers, and other partners -ensuring smooth communication and effective decision-making Our office is located in Tampere. The work offers hybrid working options and requires occasional travel. The employment is permanent.
