As an environmental caretaker, your tasks include: - Maintenance tasks in parks and green areas, e.g., mowing and tree felling and clearing in park forests. - Maintenance tasks for other public areas, such as beaches, boat docks, and car wash sites. - Supervision and guidance of summer employees. - Small-scale equipment maintenance tasks, e.g., changing blades and belts on lawnmowers, cleaning equipment, etc. - Winter maintenance tasks for yard areas and similar zones, e.g., snow plowing and anti-slip measures with a municipal tractor and manual work. - Support tasks for property maintenance and water supply systems, e.g., transportation tasks. - Availability for winter maintenance if needed. Knowledge of plant care and tree pruning is considered an advantage.
