Trust & Safety Evaluator with English from New Zealand - TELUS International AI Inc. - Tampere, Finland

Trust & Safety Evaluator conduct adversarial testing and safety evaluation of generative AI features. Main tasks are crafting queries, evaluating the safety of generated content and providing critical feedback. This role requires creative thinking about potential misuse, deep cultural and linguistic knowledge, and the ability to identify subtle safety risks. Key responsibilities include designing and testing challenging queries, simulating realistic conversations, creating attack scenarios, conducting safety evaluations, identifying biases and risks, and leveraging cultural knowledge. The role demands high accuracy, creativity, and fast-paced work, with skills in English from New Zealand, cultural awareness, query design, bias detection, and understanding of safety systems. Preferred backgrounds include creative writing, social media, content moderation, digital marketing, journalism, PR, copywriting, or related fields. The role involves exposure to sensitive content.
