Responsibilities
- Own 24x7 cloud infrastructure health across hybrid environment
- Own on-prem Kubernetes cluster health
- Monitor and triage infrastructure alarms
- Execute runbooks for fault categories
- Own cluster monitoring and runbooks
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of infrastructure engineering in production 24x7
- Deep Kubernetes expertise: multi-cluster operations
- Hybrid cloud operations (GCP/AWS and on-premise)
- Production observability stack ownership
- Database reliability: PostgreSQL, Redis
- GitOps tooling in production
- SRE fundamentals: SLO/SLI/SLA
- Container and Linux internals
- Runbook authorship
- Strong communication
