Cluster GX Manager - SATS Group - Remote - Global

As Cluster GX Manager at SATS Metro and SATS Triaden, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of group training offerings in your region, Oslo East. You will be an engaged and operational leader with personnel responsibility for all group trainers, contributing as an instructor (60%) and leader. You should have solid competence in group training and several years of experience as an instructor, with leadership experience as an advantage. Your role involves creating growth and engagement, inspiring with clear communication, positive attitude, and solution-oriented leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize, and keep an overview while paying attention to details. You will be a role model in the group training room and a confident leader for your instructors. The position starts as soon as possible or by agreement. The percentage of employment may be expanded if needed. Main tasks include ensuring the group training meets member expectations with varied content, planning and optimizing schedules across centers, and managing booking and certification in internal systems. You will also have personnel responsibility, guiding instructors, fostering an inclusive environment, and ensuring values are upheld. Collaboration with center managers, participating in meetings, and coordinating corporate group training are also part of your duties. The workplace is at SATS centers in your region, reporting to the Regional GX Manager.
