Building Engineer, Master or Technician for Inspections - Raktar Oy - Oulu, Finland

Raktar Oy is seeking a building inspector / moisture measurement technician for the Oulu area. Raktar Oy is a construction industry expert and renovation company operating in the Oulu region. We offer our clients, among other services, condition inspections, moisture measurements, building investigations, renovation services, and technical consulting. We are now looking for a construction professional with the skills and qualifications to perform high-quality condition inspections and moisture measurements. Your primary responsibilities will include: Residential property condition inspections, Moisture measurements and moisture damage assessments, Preparation of inspection and measurement reports. Additionally, depending on your expertise, your tasks may include: Building condition and damage investigations, Investigations and observations related to structural openings, Assessment of repair needs, Small-scale repair planning, Supervision tasks, Technical consulting for housing companies and private clients. This is independent expert work, but you will receive support from Raktar’s other expertise and practical construction experience as needed. Requirements include relevant construction industry education, qualification and skills to perform condition inspections and/or moisture measurements, good technical understanding of buildings, ability to produce clear and thorough reports, customer service orientation and reliable work attitude, ability to work independently, and a driver’s license. Advantages include certifications such as AKK, PKM, moisture measurement of structures, or similar qualifications/certifications. Experience in renovation, condition investigations, supervision, or repair planning is also valued.
