Job Description
Wärtsilä Energy is looking for two Electrical Supervisor/Commissioning Engineers to oversee electrical installation and commissioning at power plant sites worldwide. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring quality and safety during installation and testing, with approximately 250 days of international travel annually. The position is permanent, with home offices in Turku, Vaasa, or Helsinki, Finland, but residence in these locations is not mandatory. Responsibilities include guiding subcontractors, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with HSSE policies, and supporting commissioning activities to ensure plant safety and performance. Candidates should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, familiarity with relevant codes, good communication skills, and willingness to travel. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment on innovative energy projects.
