Responsibilities
- Manage new product introduction and lead proactive quality assurance activities for castings manufacturing and machining.
- Analyze supplier performance and capabilities, identify development opportunities, and drive impactful development actions.
- Develop and execute supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance.
- Support suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality, delivery, and cost.
- Execute supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verify impact.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or qualified equivalent
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
- Experience of Production Part Approval Process / Experience in quality management for example in manufacturing processes
- Previous auditing experience or lead auditor qualification (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Strong experience with Six sigma (Six Sigma green belt or equivalent)
