Are you passionate about heavy cutting machining and capable of handling large workpieces? Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo is now seeking an experienced and independent CNC Driller for Järvenpää for their client company. The client is a well-established, modern machine shop specializing in heavy cutting machining. They have a top-of-the-line machine fleet and large machining centers that enable precise processing of large parts. The work is carried out in clean, modern, and well-equipped production facilities that emphasize safety and good team spirit. What will you do? - Independently operate CNC-controlled drill presses, set up machines, and secure workpieces. - Mainly process large and medium-heavy parts according to customer drawings. - Ensure quality control through measurements and inspections to meet strict quality standards. Who is this position suitable for? - You have 3-5 years of experience and strong skills in CNC drilling (boring) and machining. - You are capable of independent programming or at least modifying programs from the screen (e.g., Heidenhain or similar controls). - Your reading of technical drawings is excellent, and you are proficient with measuring instruments. - You are precise, careful, and have good problem-solving skills — quality is key. - You can work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously. Details of employment: - Working hours: Full-time, with readiness for shift work (2-shift system). - Duration: The employment begins with a 6-month fixed-term temporary contract through Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo. After that, the goal is to transition directly to a permanent position with the client company. - Salary: Approximately 20 €/h + bonuses (final salary negotiable based on experience and skills). - Work language: Finnish and English Interested?
