Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys leading people and igniting team spirit? We are looking for an experienced retail professional as a store manager at Biltema Lahti. The current store manager is moving to new roles within the group, and we need a new leader to guide our operations towards goals. As a store manager, you will independently and profitably oversee the daily operations of the store according to Biltema's concept. Your core responsibilities include customer satisfaction, sales growth, and excellent results. You will build your team by actively participating in recruitment and be responsible for staff well-being, skill development, and a motivating work environment. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example in sales and customer service. We expect you to have: Commercial education or/and solid experience in management. Initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to achieve results under pressure. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to take responsibility and work independently. Positive attitude and flexibility. Willingness to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
