We are currently seeking a fire alarm and electrical installer for our property services on a permanent basis. We also consider candidates at the beginning of their careers who are eager to learn about fire alarm programming; we will provide guidance and training as needed. As a fire alarm and electrical installer, you will be responsible for basic electrical work as well as installation, maintenance, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm, security lighting, indicator lights, and smoke extraction systems at various customer sites. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. Our property services handle technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. Our responsibility is to ensure the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end-users. Candidate Profile - You have relevant education and at least two years of work experience in maintenance, repair, or commissioning of fire alarm systems. - Success in this role requires technical skills, precision, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - You are motivated, eager to learn new skills, and possess good computer skills and customer service orientation. - Experience with maintenance, repair, and commissioning of at least one fire alarm system manufacturer (Schneider, Hedengren, Honeywell, or Panasonic). - Valid occupational safety card and B driver's license are advantageous. - Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written. - A clean background is required due to customer site requirements.
