Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, Business Partner - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

Bentley Systems is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Analytics Business Partner to support our global Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, delivering insights that drive campaign performance, pipeline generation, and marketing investment decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will play a critical role in elevating marketing analytics into a strategic decision-support capability across the organization. Responsibilities include serving as the primary analytics partner for Demand Generation and Field Marketing leadership, delivering actionable insights on campaign performance, pipeline generation, and regional marketing effectiveness, partnering with marketing leaders to inform campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization, developing and delivering executive-ready reporting, analyzing marketing investment ROI, identifying trends and opportunities, collaborating with Lifecycle and Measurement teams, translating complex business questions into analytical approaches, contributing to scalable reporting frameworks, and driving continuous improvement in marketing measurement and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields, supporting B2B marketing teams, strong communication skills, experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred), managing multiple priorities, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, and supporting budget activities. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
