STEEL & CLADDING SUPERVISOR - Kavamet-Konepaja Oy - Tornio, Finland

We are looking for an experienced Steel & Cladding Supervisor to oversee the installation of structural steel, cladding systems, and façade sheet metal works on a major international industrial project in Sweden. Key Responsibilities include leading and supervising installation work, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, guiding and coordinating installers and subcontractors, inspecting dimensions and materials, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance with drawings and standards. Requirements include proven experience in steel and/or cladding installation and supervision, ability to read technical drawings, experience with lifts and safety, industrial or construction project background, fluent English, Tekla Structures experience, and good IT skills. Additional qualifications include experience with large projects, Nordic standards knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. We value accuracy, responsibility, and systematic work.
