We are looking for a skilled turner/CNC machinist for our client company, initially for a fixed-term employment, starting immediately and continuing until October-November. There is also the possibility of a longer-term or permanent position. Work is in a modern machine shop environment. Language skills in English (good) and Finnish (intermediate) are required. Assistance with accommodation is provided. The job includes diverse CNC turning and machine programming directly for the control. Materials processed vary from aluminum to titanium, with component sizes up to approximately 6800 mm in diameter. Equipment used includes: PUMA 2100 LSY counter-turret lathe, PUMA 2600 turret mill, PUMA 5100 turret mill. Maximum work length is 1500 mm. We expect from you: Experience in CNC turning, programming skills in FANUC control, ability to program machines directly for the control, at least intermediate proficiency in English or Finnish. Additionally valued: GibbsCAM software skills (not mandatory, but considered an advantage).
