Attitude is more important than previous experience; we will train you to succeed. As a salesperson, you will participate in building customer experience and achieving sales results. Your tasks include effective sales work by phone, besides goal-oriented sales, the work emphasizes marketing thinking, the ability to generate interest, build trust, and communicate impactfully to the customer, acquiring new customers, and booking appointments. You will have effective tools, clear goals, and team support. We offer orientation and ongoing training, opportunities for development in sales, a goal-oriented and relaxed work community, flexible working hours, weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 11:00 to 18:00, the possibility for remote work or at the Kalasatama office, average hourly earnings 13–16 €/h with no upper limit, and minimum working time 15–20 hours/week. We expect good Finnish language skills, basic computer skills (Teams, Outlook), a goal-oriented and responsible work attitude, willingness to learn and develop, a positive and active attitude, and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
