Job Responsibilities include: Ensure closure of invoices in-line with LPI’s, and maintain dialogue with involved parties regarding issues that cause delays. Provide Administrative support to the Branch Manager. Monitor and purchase stationary, office consumables, workshop consumables and processing in relevant systems. Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following: Excellent relationship management, ability to think on your feet and show initiative, strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration, effective in problem solving, negotiation and influencing, experience in processing automotive invoices.
