Job Description
We are seeking a nurse with a higher education degree in nursing to work as a team leader at Päivärinne in Hämeenlinna. The role involves overseeing medication management, ensuring quality of care, collaborating with residents' relatives, doctors, and stakeholders, and developing procedures with the team. The work is mainly day shifts, combining care work and administrative tasks. The facility has 58 beds for elderly care, including 28 for around-the-clock care and 30 for communal living, with safe walking routes nearby. The position requires a higher education degree in nursing, experience in supervisory roles or a related qualification, and strong expertise in elderly care. Additional requirements include vaccination, hygienic pass, valid medication license, fluent Finnish, criminal record extract, social and healthcare card, and a salary according to the collective agreement (€2723.92–€2969/month).
