Fiber Optic / Telecom Installer for Travel Work, Pirkanmaa - Botnia Career Oy

We are looking for fiber optic technicians for a fiber optic project for our client! If you are interested in travel work and have a proactive attitude, you might be the person we are looking for. Work sites are seasonal and include Kymenlaakso, North Savo, Pirkanmaa, Uusimaa, and Päijät-Häme. The location varies depending on the project. The work involves travel and follows a rhythm: 6 days of work followed by a week off, but other work schedules can also be negotiated. Per diems are paid, travel expenses are reimbursed, and accommodation is arranged by our client. Details of the work: - Installing fiber optic cables in buildings and equipment rooms. - Splicing fiber optic cables (fusion splicing) with specialized fiber splicing equipment. - Measuring and testing fiber optic connections. - Installing distribution cabinets, terminal devices, and network equipment. - Troubleshooting and repairing network faults. - Preparing work reports and documentation. What we expect from you: - A proactive and positive attitude! - Previous experience in earthworks, infrastructure, or cabling work. - Good physical condition! - Proficiency in Finnish. - Bonus if you have experience operating an excavator. - Work safety and Tieturva cards.
