We are seeking an assistant through the Central Finland Welfare Area's personal assistance center for a permanent position and substitutes for an adult woman aged 39 in Lutakko, Jyväskylä. The employer has neurological, musculoskeletal, and other health conditions. The employer uses a manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair, and Eeva walking frame. Assistance is needed for transfers. The work involves daily activities 62 hours/week + 30 hours/month for leisure. Hours are divided among several assistants. Weekday shifts include two 6-hour shifts (morning and evening). Weekend shifts: Saturday 4 hours from 10 am to 2 pm and Sunday 5 hours from 10 am to 3 pm. Shifts are planned within the employment relationship. We are hiring a permanent weekend worker and substitutes for full-time work. Tasks include assistance with transfers, hygiene, care-related tasks, household chores, and support in leisure activities. Due to the nature of the work, a female assistant is sought. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement B 13.73 €/h + possible experience bonuses. Employment is always private. The person selected for the position will be employed by the person being assisted/ their guardian. The selected candidate will be notified personally about the interview/employment.
