Job Description
Maatori Oy is the largest company in the Nordic countries specializing in heavy equipment brokerage. Maatori continues to grow, and we are now looking for a machinery sales professional for Maatori Oy in Southwest Finland, who knows the networks in the construction and/or transportation industries, is goal-oriented, and comfortable in the world of machinery and sales. You are familiar with your local construction, transportation, and other machinery-related stakeholders. You will act as the responsible person for Maatori in your area and as an active facilitator in brokerage activities. The specific responsibilities will be clarified once suitable candidates are identified, so please contact us and tell us about yourself. Maatori has effective marketing channels for the sale of machinery, vehicles, and equipment coming into brokerage, tailored to your clients and sales needs. Although your work is independent, Maatori’s nationwide sales team is in regular contact. We value experience in machinery sales/brokerage, existing networks, goal orientation, proactive customer contact, and maintaining and building customer relationships. In this role, you will work closely with clients – your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable business growth. Maatori provides support, but there is no micromanagement. Maatori offers a genuinely competitive salary (fixed monthly salary + commission), which you can influence yourself. As a machinery salesperson: Utilize your existing contacts and actively seek new customer potential. Maintain active communication with your clients, who find it meaningful to approach you. Understand customer needs and apply suitable solutions. Enjoy closing deals. Promote Maatori’s reputation and brand. Be fair and honest to ensure future sales. We expect from you: Sales skills. Knowledge of the machinery industry (e.g., construction and/or transportation sectors). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Goal-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
