We are currently looking for a HEAD CHEF in Muonio, at Harriniva Adventure Resort, amidst the beautiful Lapland nature! Are you a culinary professional who enjoys working in the mountains and would like to work for a responsible pioneer in tourism? Would you be interested in working in Tunturi-Lappi, next to a stunning national park? Harriniva Adventure Resort, located in Muonio amidst the most beautiful nature, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced restaurant manager to renew its restaurant operations in a permanent position. In this role, you will gain an overview of the entire restaurant operation through your responsibilities and contribute to further developing the company's activities. Harriniva's restaurant services are provided at various locations. You will report directly to the hotel and restaurant operations' operational manager. Your responsibilities include managing the kitchen operations, daily activities such as menu planning and food preparation, and leading the kitchen team. You will also be responsible for self-monitoring, operational planning, inventories, stock management, ordering, and shift planning. You will guide, support, and lead the kitchen team towards success. You will report directly to the site manager. The work begins in early November 2026, with the possibility of a year-round employment. To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong experience in supervisory roles in the kitchen sector, including ordering and inventory management. An enthusiastic, flexible, and forward-looking approach to seasonal work. Good communication and collaboration skills, as well as an organized and independent working style. Interest and ability to grow with the role. Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
