Job Description

Are you passionate about new customer acquisition and enjoy opening doors, identifying real customer needs, and building solutions with genuine business impact? We are looking for a Sales Manager at EmCe Solution Partner to handle sales of EmCe's software solutions to new customers. In this role, you will own the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact to proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. You will actively identify opportunities, contact potential clients, and move discussions forward decisively. The solutions involve financial management, payroll, and enterprise resource planning software. You need to understand the customer's business, ask the right questions, and find the most suitable solution for the customer. Your responsibilities include: building new customer relationships, developing your sales pipeline, contacting prospects, understanding customer needs, preparing offers, negotiating, closing deals, reporting activities and results, participating in sales process development, and collaborating with internal experts and stakeholders. We expect you to have a proven track record in successful B2B software or system sales, experience in full-cycle sales, understanding of financial and payroll processes, ability to conduct business-oriented discussions, proactive and goal-oriented work style, consultative and solution-focused approach, good collaboration and communication skills, and fluent Finnish and English skills.
