In customer service roles available through us, you will work in different environments and industries. The roles and responsibilities vary, but all focus on providing a smooth customer experience, effective communication, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The work is often multichannel. You will serve customers via phone, chat, and email. In your work, you will: - Respond to customer inquiries across different channels - Clarify customer situations and offer solutions - Ensure a smooth and friendly service experience - Develop your skills and working methods What are we looking for? A suitable candidate for us has a good service attitude and a desire to work in customer service. You will succeed if you communicate fluently in Finnish and Swedish, interact naturally with different people, and can work in varying situations with a solution-oriented approach. Additionally, you have a willingness to learn and develop. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, especially in multichannel environments, but the right attitude and motivation are most important. What do we offer?
