Early Childhood Education Assistant - Verkanappulat Oy - Turku, Finland

Would you like to help ensure that daily life at the daycare runs smoothly? We are looking for an early childhood education assistant for Verkanappulat on a permanent position to support the operations of our daycare centers. In this role, you will be an important part of our operational team and work closely with the regional manager, daycare directors, and support services of the group. Your work will focus on the smooth handling of administrative processes at daycare centers. Specifically, you will be responsible for tasks related to customer invoicing for daycare centers, maintaining data in early childhood education information systems, managing user accounts and access rights, administrative tasks supporting the daily life of daycare centers, and assisting daycare directors and regional managers with various practical matters. The role is diverse and offers opportunities to participate in developing work methods and processes. We hope you have a careful and organized work approach, good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems, a customer service-oriented and collaborative working style, initiative and a desire to develop operations, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in early childhood education or administrative tasks is considered an advantage but is not essential.
