Property Maintenance Worker (Indoor Work), Tampere - Välkky HR - Tampere, Finland

Our client company is a nationwide property maintenance service provider offering a variety of property maintenance and care services for residential properties as well as companies in different industries. We are now looking for PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKERS to join our client's team in the Tampere area! We seek proactive and meticulous property care professionals who want to ensure smooth daily operations of residential and commercial properties. Are you the right person? Do you enjoy varied tasks and appreciate that days and work tasks are diverse and multifaceted?In this role, you will take care of indoor spaces of residential and commercial properties and ensure that daily routines run smoothly. Your duties include repairing toilets, clearing drains, fixing faucets, replacing filters and light bulbs, adjusting clocks, optimizing temperatures, and general maintenance. You are also familiar with building automation technology. Maintaining the yard areas and flag duty may also be part of the job, so sometimes outdoor work is involved!Since the work is carried out in people's homes and shared/public spaces, customer service skills are definitely a plus. We also expect you to have education in property maintenance and several years of experience in similar roles, as well as a valid occupational safety card, and possibly a traffic safety card. Fluency in Finnish is required for clear communication with both management and residents. The employment relationship is initially temporary, but there is potential for a permanent position. Working hours are generally from 7:15 to 15:30, but on-call shifts can be arranged, and sometimes workdays may extend. Start date is negotiable.
