Chief Hospital Physician - Terveystalo Oy - Remote - Global

We are now looking for a skilled and motivated team member to become our Chief of Hospital Services, responsible for the medical leadership of Terveystalo's hospital services. The role involves overseeing the medical management of Terveystalo's hospital network, which includes 17 hospitals across 15 locations, performing extensive day surgery procedures in various specialties such as orthopedics, hand surgery, gastro surgery, gynecology, eye surgery, and plastic surgery. The position requires collaboration with hospital management, specialty directors, and regional leadership to ensure high-quality, consistent, and innovative hospital operations with high medical standards. You will support medical staff, ensure operational consistency across the network, and advance medical quality and development work. The role is strategic, with a focus on developing modern, patient-centered surgical processes and ensuring safety and quality standards. The position is part-time (50%) and permanent, based in Helsinki but with flexible work arrangements. You will report to the Director of Hospital Services, Santeri Hietanen.
