We at Yara produce solutions for sustainable agriculture and environmental protection. Our Kokkola factories produce feed phosphates and potassium sulfate, and operate phosphate and ammonia terminals. About 85 experts work at the Kokkola sites. The role involves managing the department's work permit process, supporting safe and high-quality production, preparing and issuing work permits, ensuring safety documentation, monitoring safety compliance, participating in risk assessments and incident investigations, maintaining safety equipment, reporting, and developing safety practices. The ideal candidate has relevant education (e.g., AMK), experience in process or chemical industries, a positive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement, initiative, good collaboration skills, fluent Finnish and English, SAP experience, and LEAN knowledge. The position is permanent, based in Kokkola, with on-site and home office work. Salary is based on the TVL6 level plus personal bonus.
