Director Client Services - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is seeking a Director- Client Services to support our client. The Director- Client Services will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, metrics communication, driving organic growth, developing sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, risk minimization, project reviews, client communication, status meetings, documentation, reporting, tracking hours and expenses, project scoping, business development, client interaction, expectation management, knowledge of client’s business, team motivation, and performance evaluations.
