Licensed Practical Nurse (2), Elderly Services, Pudasjärvi Home Care - Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Hyvinvointialue - Pudasjärvi, Finland

We are seeking two (2) licensed practical nurses for elderly home care services. The primary placement and initial assignment will be at Oulunkaaren Home Care Unit Keskinen, in Pudasjärvi. In home care, you will enable and support elderly individuals to live safely and meaningfully at home, together with their relatives. You will share your expertise and knowledge for the benefit of the work community. New employees will receive orientation, and the team will support you. We value each other's skills and aim to learn and develop together. In our home care, we have employer-provided cars for client visits, so owning a personal vehicle is not necessary. The position requires a valid driving license and the ability to use your own car. The work is three-shift, with the possibility of night shifts. We expect candidates to have a genuine interest in working with elderly people, strong motivation to develop activities, and knowledge of well-being technology. Previous experience working with the elderly, experience with the RAI functional capacity assessment tool, and knowledge of kinesthetics are considered advantages.
