We are looking for a licensed practical nurse for a fixed-term night shift position in our small and homely care unit for people with memory impairments from August 3, 2026, to January 17, 2027. We seek a warm-hearted and professional licensed practical nurse to strengthen our team. We hope you have previous experience in caring for people with memory impairments and a genuine interest in treating each resident as an individual. You work with compassion, respect, and support residents' strengths. It is natural for you to create a safe, respectful, and warm environment for both residents and their loved ones. Requirements for the position: - Licensed Practical Nurse qualification and registration of social sector professional rights granted by the Regional State Administrative Agency - Experience in caring for people with memory impairments - Experience in night shift nursing - Valid LOVe or Proedu medication rights We value: - Genuine interest in promoting the well-being of the elderly and people with memory impairments - Warmth, empathy, and good communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive and development-oriented attitude - Knowledge of or interest in kinesthetic techniques and their application in work. Each nurse has their own area of responsibility, which includes two small group homes for people with memory impairments. Support and assistance are available from colleagues throughout the night. Residents' safety and well-being are also supported by the Vivago wellness wristband, which allows monitoring of residents' condition and activity during the night.
