À la carte Waiters

We are seeking skilled à la carte waiters to join our team for the Lapland winter season. This unique opportunity offers work in beautiful settings across Lapland with guests from around the world. Several partners require experienced waiters for the winter season, with contracts varying in length. Responsibilities include serving customers in an à la carte restaurant, taking orders, delivering dishes, and ensuring guests’ enjoyment. A good command of English is requested due to our international customer base. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-service passion are highly valued. Employment duration ranges from shorter spells to the main season; typical contracts begin in October–December and end in March–April, with some roles extending into February for the spring period. Locations include various ski-reside towns around Lapland, notably Rovaniemi, Levi, Ranua, Luosto, Ruka, Ylläs, Saariselkä, Utsjoki and Kemi. Work hours typically amount to about 30–37.5 hours per week, based on a 3-week cycle (90–112.5 hours over 3 weeks). Pay usually ranges from €12–€19 per hour, with extra pay on Sundays/holidays and evening/night shifts as per the collective agreement. Accommodation is provided by the client or Bolt.Works; private rooms are common, sometimes shared. We offer a referral bonus of up to 250 euros per successful hire, with additional overtime opportunities to earn more hours.
