We are looking for three skilled 3D excavator operators in the Kirkkonummi and Siuntio areas for house foundation projects. We are hiring two excavator operators for 21- and 26-ton machines for new construction projects in Kirkkonummi, Masala, and Siuntio. The primary task is excavating house foundations. The equipment is tracked and equipped with Trimble 3D systems, and previous experience with Trimble is highly advantageous. Experience with other 3D systems is also acceptable, as our client is willing to provide training on Trimble systems. Work will start when a suitable candidate is found and is available at least until the end of the season in November-December, with potential for longer-term employment. If you meet the following criteria, you might be the person we are looking for: * Several years of experience in excavator work, especially with 3D guidance (particularly Trimble) is a significant advantage - we seek a professional who works independently without supervision. * Valid professional safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) - if not available, it must be obtained before starting work. * Good Finnish language skills - the working language is Finnish. * High work ethic; the work is independent, and you are responsible for your own quality. * Good social skills; able to work well with others even in challenging situations.
