Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Social Media Manager to manage our content calendar, drive employee advocacy programs, and create engaging content specifically for developer audiences. This role requires someone who understands the developer community, has strong organizational skills, and can coordinate content creation across multiple channels while working closely with technical teams. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating technical content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance, developing employee advocacy programs, and managing executive social media presence. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, proficiency in Sprout Social, and familiarity with developer tools and technical terminology. The role is remote, based in Canada or the US, with a salary range of $115,200 - $194,400 USD.
