Fluent digital skills and willingness to utilize technology, as car sales are increasingly multi-channel. Digital tools and customer systems are everyday tools, and their mastery brings efficiency and competitive advantage. Time management and concentration skills. Sales work requires prioritization. When the overall picture stays in control and the day is well-paced, results improve, and work remains enjoyable.
