Bed and Interior Decor Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Tilitoimisto Tosite Oy (WP Henkilöstöpalvelut) - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented bed and interior decor sales associate for our client at Lempäälä Ideapark. The position is permanent and part-time, with approximately 10 hours per week. In this role, you will be part of a warm and professional team, where each day offers new opportunities to make customers' homes more comfortable. Your main responsibilities include listening to customer needs and finding suitable interior solutions. Your tasks will include: Active customer service and sales, Advising on bed and interior decor choices, Store display and visual presentation, Other daily store tasks. The store serves customers on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00, and Sundays from 11:00 to 18:00. Working hours are within these opening times, so flexibility and readiness to work on weekends are appreciated. The work begins in May, according to agreement. We value previous experience in bed or interior decor sales, but most importantly: Goal-oriented and solution-focused approach, Good communication and teamwork skills, Enthusiasm for interior decorating and ability to see the big picture, Genuine desire to provide excellent customer experience.
