Metal Industry Production Worker Ylöjärvi - HR Satama Finland Oy - Ylöjärvi, Finland

We are looking for a reinforcement for our client in Ylöjärvi with the title: Metal Industry Production Worker. The job involves being part of a team responsible for final processing and finishing of metal parts before delivery. The work includes manual finishing and the use of specialized machinery, for which comprehensive training will be provided. Job duties include finishing metal parts and removing burrs, manually removing larger burrs if necessary before machine processing, operating specialized processing equipment (training provided), and ensuring work quality. The work is not traditional angle grinding but involves more modern finishing methods. We hope you have experience in the metal industry or with metal products, a proactive and independent work attitude, good work ethic and ability to handle tools, and a willingness to learn new skills. Previous experience in a similar role is not required. Valid safety and fire safety certificates are an advantage. The role may develop into a supervisory position combined with production work. The job starts according to agreement, with a salary of 1216€/h depending on skills and experience. It is a long-term position located in Ylöjärvi, with two-shift working hours.
