Licensed Practical Nurse for Lammi-Tuulos Home Care - Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue - Hämeenlinna, Finland

Would you like to join our professional and enthusiastic team as a licensed practical nurse? We offer a permanent position in home care in the Lammi-Tuulos area. Our location is approximately a 30-minute drive from Hämeenlinna or Lahti, and our workdays are brightened by beautiful rural scenery. The work involves 2-shift rotation. Our team consists of dedicated, skilled multi-professionals. We utilize various digital tools in our work, and some client visits are conducted remotely. Our goal is to continuously develop our client work through regular development days and training. You will have your own client base, for whom you act as a primary nurse. You are responsible for their overall well-being, daily care activities, and rehabilitation. Based on your special expertise, you will also handle clients' medical needs. The primary nurse duties include Rai functional capacity assessment and preparing care and rehabilitation plans. Additionally, you will care for other home care clients daily in collaboration with team members. Our multidisciplinary team includes practical nurses, registered nurses, and physiotherapists. Important partners are also your clients' relatives, with whom you work constructively. Depending on the client situation, work may also take place in other home care units. Our aim is to provide the best possible service experience for our clients, and we hope you share this commitment. The qualification requirement is a relevant social and health care basic degree, and a valid medication competence license. If needed, you can obtain or update your medication license at the start of employment. We also require registration with the Central Register of Social Welfare and Health Care Professionals. Due to the mobile nature of the work, a driver’s license and the ability to use your own car are essential. Our team also has six company cars, which we agree upon based on needs. The position’s salary is €2750.80 per month. In addition, experience-based pay increases may apply, amounting to 3% or 8%. Experience pay also influences the accrual of vacation days.
