Job Description

We are looking for an experienced reinforcement for the project manager role in the traffic team in Helsinki or Tampere (other Sweco locations are also possible). In your position, you will act as a project manager in general planning projects for traffic and streets. You will be responsible, for example, for the general planning of a bicycle traffic highway project or a zoning area. You will take care of customer relationships and tender activities, and you are a self-directed doer who independently handles even our most demanding projects. Your duties also include guiding younger designers and developing operations. Why Sweco? Keys to success in the position We require from you: - Suitable university degree (Engineer B.Sc. or Master of Science in Engineering) - At least 10 years of experience in the traffic sector - Evidence of successful general traffic planning projects - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent cooperation and interaction skills - Willingness to participate in customer and tender work - Fluent Finnish language skills both written and spoken We also value international expertise, understanding of the use of artificial intelligence, strong customer focus and deep project management expertise.
