Bus Driver - Northern Lights Village - Remote - Global

We are looking for a qualified bus driver to take care of local and airport transfers, rides for aurora hunting experiences, as well as being a supporting guide during the activities for groups. As a Bus Driver with Northern Lights Village, you will play a key role in the arrival and departure of guests, as well as providing essential customer service. Operating company cars on scheduled routes and maintaining timeliness, ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction, maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle at all times, providing information and assistance to passengers as required, supporting guides during aurora hunting excursions, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and using company’s applications to check customer data. Requirements include a valid Finnish bus driver license (D-class), fluent written and spoken English, excellent navigational and driving skills, good communication skills, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, a minimum of 2 years driving experience, experience driving in winter conditions, and a clear criminal background report. Desirable qualifications include experience with customer service, previous experience as a wilderness guide, Finnish language knowledge, knowledge of the local area, and photography skills.
