Concrete Work Supervisor, Oulu - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented work supervisor for our client in Oulu. The role offers the opportunity to participate in significant infrastructure, concrete, and bridge construction projects, where you can utilize your expertise in the implementation of demanding concrete structures and bridges. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys responsibility, site management, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders. As a work supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management of bridge and concrete construction sites and ensuring smooth project progress. Your tasks will include managing site production, schedules, and resources; ensuring safety, quality, and environmental requirements; supervising your own personnel and subcontractors; overseeing concreting, reinforcement, formwork, and installation work; participating in site meetings and reporting to project management; collaborating with clients, designers, and other stakeholders; monitoring costs and site progress. Requirements include suitable technical education (construction engineer, construction foreman, or equivalent), practical experience in bridge and/or concrete construction, experience in supervisory roles on construction or infrastructure sites, ability to lead a site systematically and safely, good collaboration and communication skills, Finnish language skills, and B driving license. Preferred qualifications include experience with demanding bridge projects, experience in concrete structure implementation and quality control, infrastructure sector certifications and safety training, knowledge of digital models and site management systems, and FISE certification.
