We are looking for responsible and customer-oriented personal guides for our client company for the upcoming winter season 2026-2027. We hope applicants have a genuine desire to offer our customers unforgettable experiences in the unique nature of Lapland. The work combines nature, photography, storytelling, and customer service. The focus of the work is on pre-planned private winter activities. In addition, the job includes Northern Lights tours, which may extend working days beyond normal hours. The work is carried out across Lapland, so driving distances can be long. Job Description - Organize experiences according to customer wishes - Act as a private guide for customers - Take customers to various activities such as: - Northern Lights viewing tours at night - Husky and reindeer experiences - Scenic and nature excursions - Transport customers to different locations in Lapland - Take high-quality photos of customers and landscapes - Ensure customer safety and comfort throughout the experience - Maintain equipment and act responsibly in all situations What we expect from you - Excellent customer service attitude - Ability to move in Lapland’s natural environment (outdoor skills are an advantage) - Photography skills - Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage) - Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to customer wishes - Good stress tolerance and flexibility - B driving license and confident driving skills in winter conditions What we offer you - Opportunity to work amidst the stunning nature of Lapland - Diverse and experiential work - Comprehensive orientation and ongoing support - Opportunity to develop skills in customer service and photography - Flexible job description and varied working days - Competitive compensation Salary and employment model - Work can be done as an employee, entrepreneur, light entrepreneur, or freelancer - Compensation approximately €16-25/hour depending on experience - Work begins according to agreement and preferences - Available from November to March Please note that we process applications and conduct interviews during the application period.
