Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, installation, and commissioning of fire alarm and smoke extraction systems for our clients in the Helsinki area. You will work independently at customer sites to ensure the proper functioning of the systems. You will collaborate closely with our team and play a key role in maintaining electronic fire safety. You can be at the beginning of your career with about one year of experience as a service technician or an experienced professional in the field — tasks will be tailored to your experience and skills. The role includes diverse installation, maintenance, and commissioning tasks related to fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke extraction systems, ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients’ properties. The work is independent and requires precision and good customer service skills. Responsibilities include commissioning fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, maintenance, repair, and installation of fire alarm and smoke extraction systems, electronic fire safety maintenance, troubleshooting, and precise documentation. We seek candidates with basic electrical qualification, good Finnish skills, B driver’s license, impeccable background, experience in fire safety especially with fire alarm or smoke systems, understanding of electronic fire safety, and ability to document work tasks accurately. Valued additional skills include English, independent maintenance and commissioning ability, excellent communication, stress tolerance, and adaptability. To succeed in this role, you should be change-oriented, stress-resistant, goal-oriented, social, responsible, and respectful.
