Job Description
We are looking for a support specialist interested in the operations of the largest Nordic insurance company. No prior insurance experience needed. You are precise, customer-focused, and comfortable with various computer programs. Good Swedish skills are required, with opportunities to improve through work and courses. Your Estonian should be very good, as daily communication is in Estonian. You are eager to learn and willing to be trained as an insurance support specialist. Main tasks include handling insurance documents and customer data at different service stages. We offer meaningful work, work-life balance, flexible vacation days, a 2-4 month training, and the possibility to work partly from home. Salary during illness is maintained, and various benefits are provided.
