Customer acquisition and pre-sales, META advertising and Google Ads, Social media management and content creation, Events, stand sales, and local visibility, Building, monitoring, and developing campaigns, Tracking and improving marketing results, Using Adobe programs for marketing materials, Additionally, providing customer service support during busy times or on Mondays as needed. What are we looking for? We are primarily looking for a doer. You do not need to be a professional yet, but you should be: Proactive, Social, Energetic, Ready to learn quickly. We value: Athletic background, Interest in marketing and growth, Experience with META advertising, Google Ads, or Adobe programs, Courage to meet people and do practical tasks. In this role, you will: Jump straight into practical work, Learn marketing and growth building in practice, Work closely with Jyrki, Have a tangible impact on how quickly Vocatum grows. This is not a traditional office role or purely remote work. The job involves being out in the field, among clients, and building visibility in practice.
